The Foretex is a new pod kit from Innokin, those of the ever reliable kits, and it stays true to their usual modus operandi of being simple but very effective. There are no buttons, no functions, just a nice looking kit that works well and delivers good flavour and good vapour. The one gripe I have with Innokin kits as a reviewer is we get them before they’re put up on the Innokin website, so I have no blurb to spout in my reviews, and I do love a bit of blurb.

The Foretex has an internal 2000mAh battery, making it one of the larger capacity flattened pen style kits out there, and it’s not large in size. I’ve seen 1000mAh capacity kits that are bigger. It comes with a single 0.8ohm pod and that’s it, just the device, pod, and instruction manual, with a warning booklet included as well. We’re all used to having loads of USB Type C cables lying around so not getting one of those is not an issue, not for me anyway.
